Bio
Dr. Harrington obtained her master’s degree in Neuroimmunology at Arizona State University in 1993 and her medical degree from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine in 1995. Her residency in Psychiatry was completed at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Phoenix, with supplemental training in Internal Medicine in 2000. Her training also includes Fellowship work in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Laura E. Harrington has also won the Strathmore’s Who’s Who Award.
She was awarded for contributions to the Investigation Division of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, assistance with the Mental Illness Training Program and for her contribution to the Arthritis and Rheumatism Publication in the 1993 February journal.
Mini Bio:
Dr. Laura E. Harrington was a stay at home mom for 10 years and then went back to graduate and medical school. She is the mother of 5 children, enjoys outdoor activities (hiking, skiing and water sports), and considers herself a bead manic. In her quiet time, she enjoys reading a good book.
